Donald Riss Clark was born June 24, 1921 to Neil Charles and Clara Louise Riss Clark. He died Mar. 25, 1997 and is buried in Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL.

Sgt. Clark served in World War II with the U.S. Army 87th Division and was wounded in action Mar. 4, 1945 in Germany. He was a survivor of the Battle of the Bulge. He was a lifetime member of the Disabled Veterans, a member of the Battle of the Bulge, and a member of The Golden Acorn (87th Division Association).
