John Henry Thuman was born Sept. 26, 1922 to Pete Charles and Mary E. Thuman. He died Dec. 7, 1941 and is buried in Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno, CA.

Petty Officer Thuman served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and was KIA in the attack on Pearl Harbor. His remains were returned to CA in 1947.

Edward Bates Turner was born May 3, 1907 to Daniel W. and Alice Sample Turner. He died Oct. 11, 1946. Edward served with the U.S. Army in World War II.

John Harold Turner was born Feb. 19, 1907 to Thomas B. and Ida Okey Turner. He died Dec. 18, 1940 and is buried in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Corning, IA.

Lt. Turner served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 93rd Pursuit Squadron.
