I am looking for information on a family that owned a children's clothing store in Cresco, IA Howard County in the 1960's. I have information that the name was Van House or Van Auken. Thinking maybe someone in your county remembers the store. (Maybe called "Kutee Shop"?) Does anyone know about this family in Cresco, IA Howard County or vicinity? Would especially like information like presently living?, where? How I could get in touch with them? Would really like to know if there was a brother (name? think he was a bachelor in early 1960's)) who moved to the southwestern United States. This would help me know whether or not it is the same family in question. In the 1960's, this man thought he was my father's father, so any information would be appreciated. Actually any help finding this family and putting me in touch with them is appreciated. Just starting to learn this genealogy research so I need all the help I can get. Thanks again. RENEE
