MRS. FAIFERLICK, RESIDENT OF COUNTY 70 YEARS IS DEAD

Mrs. Mary Faiferlick, 77, a resident of Webster County 70 years died early Sunday morning at Mercy Hospital following an illness of several months.

She is survived by five children, Mrs. James Pliner, of Otho, Joseph Faiferlick of Fort Dodge, Albin Faiferlick of Lehigh, Mrs. Steve Jackowell of Fort Dodge and Charles Faiferlick of Seattle, thirteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a brother, Thomas Doshack of Otho; and three sisters, Mrs. John Hayek, Mrs. Frank Stanek, and Mrs. C. P. Cole of this city.

Her husband, two sisters and a brother preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at 8:30 at the Laufersweiler Funeral Home, and at 9:00 at the Corpus Christi Church. Burial will be in Elkhorn Township Cemetery.

FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. MARY FIFERLICK

Last rites for Mrs. Mary Fiferlick, 77, who died Sunday morning at Mercy Hospital were held Wednesday morning at 8:30 at the Laufersweiler Funeral Home, and at 9:00 at Corpus Christi Church. Monsignor T. J. Davern read the requiem high mass, and the Rev. Robert Dougherty conducted the gravesite rites at Elkhorn Township cemetery.

Six nephews of Mrs. Fiferlick were pallbearers. They are Edward Hayek, Arthur Sheker, Theodore Stanek, Elmer Doshack, Victor Fiala and Bernard Pliner. Mrs. Theodore Stanek, Mrs. Elmer Doshack and Mrs. Clayton Hotek arranged the flowers. Those from out-of-town who attended the services were Mrs. James Odgers and Mrs. James Hill of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Evans of Polk City, Ia.

(Note the different spelling of surname. This happens time and time again; part of the difficulty researching and obtaining info on the family.)
