Bricker, Orville -

Orville Bricker, a prominent resident of Lenox and Taylor County, died Sunday, September 20 at the Rosary Hospital in

Corning at the age of eighty nine years, five months and twenty-six days. Mr. Bricker had been ill for a number of years.

Orville came to Lenox in 1913 to barber for Ed Kinser. For sixty years, he continued to barber in Lenox and served as a

Taylor County supervisor from 1952-1972 when he retired.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 23 at 10:30 a.m. at the Lenox United Presbyterian Church. Reverend

Don Fisher, pastor, will officiate, assisted by Pastor Jack Cutbirth.

Music will be provided by Roberta Lockhart, organist, and Mildred Walter, vocalist. Selections will be "How Great Thou

Art" and "Nearer My God To Thee".

Casket Bearers will be Jerry Maharry, Dick Walter, Robert Reynolds, Robert Norton, Harold Carey, and Paul Davis.

Honorary bearers will be Frank Tepley, Rollie Bender, Don Tyler, Francis Folcey, Clark Moore, Pete Wiand, and Joe

Neuhardt.

Burial will be in the West Fairview Cemetery at Lenox.

A memorial has been established to the United Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Bricker was born March 24, 1892 at Knight, Ohio. He was the son of William and Orvilla (Stahl) Bricker. He

moved with his family to Greenfield, Iowa as an infant.

On June 16, 1914, he was united in marriage with Ethel Maharry in Lenox.

Preceding him in death were his parents, two children in infancy, and three brothers, Glen, John and David.

Survivors include his wife, Ethel of Lenox; a son, Milton Bricker of El Cerrito, California; a daughter, Eloise, (Mrs.

Harlan) Walter of Wickenburg, Arizona; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Ed Coburn of

Des Moines, Iowa.

Buchanan, T C -

T. C. Buchanan, the son of Hugh M. and Maude Buchanan was born in Taylor County, Iowa, December 19, 1913. He

died Saturday, August 22 in Denver, Colorado.

T. C. attended school in Conway and Clearfield, Iowa.

On February 18, 1935 he was united in marriage with Sylvia Adams in Denver, Colorado.

He was a former Deputy Sheriff in Taylor County. Mr. Buchanan was employed by Packaging Corporation of

America in Denver for many years until his retirement in 1977.

He was a member of the Methodist Church in Clearfield later transferring to the Christian Church in Lenox.

T. C. loved all sports, especially golf and football. He was a devoted husband and father and a friend to all he

knew.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia; two sons, Richard H. of Westminster, Colorado and James H. of Denver, Colorado;

one grandson, Gregory H.; a daughter-in-law, Marlene; and other relatives.

Calvin, Laura Elizabeth Lowe -

Laura Elizabeth Calvin, the daughter of Richard Lowe and Elizabeth Burkhart Lowe, was born near Chadwick, Missouri

in Christian County on October 15, 1892. She died at the Rosary Hospital in Corning on Friday, September 11 at the age of

eighty-eight years, ten months and twenty-six days.

Laura was united in marriage with Arthur Calvin on October 23, 1910 at Chadwick. Missouri.

In March of 1925, the family moved to a farm home five miles northwest of Lenox, Iowa. They resided in the Stringtown and

Lenox areas for the rest of their lives.

Laura and Arthur observed their sixtieth wedding anniversary in October of 1970.

Mrs. Calvin will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and a friend to all who knew her. She was known

by many as "Grandma Calvin", a woman of pride, strength and courage.

Preceding her in death were her husband on April 16, 1973, one son in infancy, three sisters, four brothers, one granddaughter,

and two great granddaughters.

Survivors include her children, Helen Case, Opal Heikkinen and husband Ted, Hudson A. Calvin and wife Elizabeth, Willard Calvin,

Paul Calvin and wife Vada, James Calvin and wife Alberta, all of Lenox, Juanita Clark and husband Dick of Creston. and Jack

Calvin and wife Linda of Des Moines; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren.

Services were held Monday, September 14 at 10:30 a.m. at Larkin-Bender Funeral Home in Lenox. Reverend Gerald Rogers officiated.

Music was by Norma Paymal, organist and Marilyn Beck and Billie Jean Barker, vocalists. Selections were "In The Garden" and "Going Down The Valley".

Casket bearers were Jerry Calvin, David Calvin, Mike Calvin, Stephen House, Duane Pantry, and Phillip Lowry.

Interment was in North Fairview Cemetery at Lenox.

Cashman, Everett E -

Everett E. Cashman, Sr. of Lenox died July 18 at the Rosary Hospital in Corning at eighty three years of age. Mr.

Cashman was a businessman in Lenox for many years operating a cafe and then service station. The family later moved to Creston.

Mr. Cashman served with the famed Rainbow Division during World War I. He was married to Ruth Pauline Henworthy who

preceded him in death in 1971. Following his wife's death and his retirement, Everett moved to California. He later returned

to Lenox where he lived at the Hotel Lenox until moving to the Lenox Care Center two years ago.

He was a member of the First Christian Church transferring his membership to the Lenox church from Creston.

Survivors include one son, Everett E. Cashman. Jr. of Salinas, California; two grandchildren, seven great grandchildren,

and one great great grandchild.

Services were held at the Keating-Lindsay Funeral Home in Creston on July 21 with Reverend Charles Miller officiating.

Casket bearers were members of the VFW Post #1797 Rifle Squad of Creston.

Interment was in Graceland Cemetery at Creston. Military honors were conducted by members of the Veterans of

Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

Clayton, Wilbur George -

Gene Holben has received word of the death of his cousin, Wilbur Clayton of Brea, California. Mr. Brea suffered a stroke

on Monday and died Friday, September 11.

Wilbur was born in Lenox. He attended school here and was in Lenox for the fifty year class reunion in May.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Harry and Mae Clayton.

Survivors include his wife, Diane; a son, Rick; two daughters, Barbara and Janette; a brother, Carroll Clayton

of La Mirada, California; and three sisters, Delma Timmons of Seal Beach, California, Lois Keller of York Haven, Pennsylvania

and Dorothy Immel of Des Moines.

Services were held Wednesday, September 16 with interment at Brea, California.

Clayton, Wilbur George -

Wilbur George Clayton, son of Harry and May Clayton, was born December 2, 1913 in Lenox, Iowa. He died at St.

Jude's Hospital in Brea, California on Friday, September 11 at the age of sixty-seven years, nine months and nine

days.

Wilbur graduated with the Lenox High School class of 1931. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years.

Mr. Clayton owned and operated a restaurant in Los Angeles, California and was also employed by Areojet for

many years.

Wilbur had a great sense of humor and was author of a syndicate cartoon. Though retiring in 1979, he enjoyed

many activities in his community.

Preceding him in death were his parents, one brother and one sister.

Survivors include his wife, Diane; one son, Dennis and wife of San Dimas, California; two daughters, Barbara of San

Gabriel, California, and Janette and husband of Fillmore, Utah; four grandchildren; one brother, Carroll of La Mirada,

California; three sisters, Delma Timmons of Seal Beach, California, Dorothy Immel of Des Moines, Iowa and Lois Keller

of York Haven, Pennsylvania; and other relatives.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday. September 15 at 7:30 p.m.

Interment was in La Habra, California, on Wednesday. September 16 at 9:30 a.m.

Findley, Doyle Scott -

Doyle Scott Findley, son of George C. and Louie Elizabeth Scott Findley, was born January 6, 1913 in Taylor County, Iowa.

He died at the Rosary Hospital in Corning, Iowa, August 24 at the age of sixty eight years, seven months and eighteen

days.

He attended school in the Villisca area and was a farmer most of his life in Montgomery and Adams counties. Doyle entered

the Army in April of 1942 and was discharged October 30, 1945. He was a S Sgt. with Company B. 18th Armed Infantry Division

in Heavy Mortar Division. He served in the Normandy Invasion in Northern France and Ardennes, Rhineland of Europe.

Mr. Findley was considered a marksman with an Ml rifle and received a combat infantryman badge. Other decorations and

citations included the American Theater Ribbon, European African Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon with one Silver Battle

Star, Bronze Service Arrowhead, three Overseas Bars, one Service Stripe, Good Conduct Medal, and Purple Heart

Medal. He was wounded in France in 1944 and received his Honorable Discharge in 1945 at Fort Sheridan, Illinois.

Doyle and his brother George made their home in Lenox the last few years. His nieces and nephews and all little children

were a great joy in his life.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors include two brothers, George Findley of Villisca, and Emmett Findley of Omaha. Nebraska; four sisters,

Lucille Walter and husband James of Nodaway, Iowa, Izola Jenkins of Villisca, Velma Case and husband Ivan of Villisca,

and Grace Wright and husband Jack of Red Oak, Iowa, as well as other relatives.

Services were held Thursday, August 27 at 2 p.m. at the Sutphen Funeral Home in Villisca. Reverend Dennis Neal

officiated.

Music was by Mrs. Neal Gray, organist and Joe Units, vocalist. Selections were "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Does

Jesus Care".

Flowerbearers were Mrs Jack Archer and Mrs. Audrie Rubin. Jim Walter. Jr. was in charge of the memory book.

Casket bearers were Clair Walter, Tom Haley, Franklin Walter, Don Case, Max Waller, and Ronald Richie.

Interment was in the Arlington Cemetery at Villisca.

Suiphen Funeral Home of Villisca was in charge of arrangements.

Grimm, Flo Elizabeth Lovitt -

Flo Elizabeth Grimm, daughter of E. P. and Elizabeth Bower Lovitt, was born May 22, 1889 on a farm in the Blue Grove

vicinity north of Sharpsburg, Iowa. She died at the Lenox Care Center Sunday, August 30 at the age of ninety-two years,

three months and eight days.

She united with the Church of Christ at Blue Grove Church at an early age. Following her father's death in 1900, Flo

moved with her mother and sister Hazel into Sharpsburg where they made their home for several years. Mrs. Grimm lived

all her life in the Sharpsburg area except for the last several years when she resided at the Care Center.

On August 14, 1907. she was united in marriage with Lloyd William Grimm. They celebrated their fiftieth wedding

anniversary in August of 1957.

Flo joined the Sharpsburg Presbyterian Church on May 12, 1946 by affirmation of faith. She was also a member of the

Sharpsburg Womens Association.

Mrs. Grimm will be remembered as a woman of strength and courage, a loving mother and grandmother and a friend to

all who knew her.

Preceding her in death were a daughter, Margaret Opal in infancy; her parents, her husband on April 14, 1960, three sisters, Cora Paggett, Vada Orr and Alta Chamberlain; three brothers, Vinton, Clyde and Ernest Lovitt; and a son-in-law, Robert Donaldson.

Survivors include two daughters, Mildred Donaldson of Sharpsburg and Maysel Boltinghouse and husband Kenneth of Lenox;

three sons, Harlan and wife Gladys, Wyatt and wife Arlene, all of Lenox, and Bobby and wife Marianne of Scottsdale,

Arizona; eight grandchildren, Donald Donaldson, Janette Daggett, Jack Grimm, Adena Fraley, Suzanne Christensen, Cathy Dalton, Sandra Kromenberg, and Nancy Wane; fourteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, two sisters, Mrs. Bird Drain of

Lenox and Mrs. Hazel Neely of Glendale, California; as well as other relatives.

Services were held Tuesday, September 1 at 2 p.m. at the United Presbyterian Church at Sharpsburg. Reverend Don

Fisher officiated.

Music was by Barbara Scott, organist and Linda Spring and Dean Breach, vocalists. The selection was "1 Know Who

Holds Tomorrow".

Casket bearers were H. H. Brown, Gerald Boydston, Richard Fitzgerald, Leonard Knott, James Larson, and Paul Oxley.

Interment was in the West Fairview Cemetery at Lenox Iowa.

Grimm, Harlan Lovitt -

Harlan Lovitt Grimm, the oldest son of Lloyd William and Flo Lovitt Grimm, was born August 10, 1908 at Sharpsburg,

Iowa. He died at the Lenox Care Center Monday, September 14 at the age of seventy-three years, one month and four days.

Harlan received his education at the Sharpsburg School.

He was united in marriage at Rock Port, Missouri with Gladys Hayes of Creston, Iowa on February 23, 1932.

Following their marriage, they farmed for sixteen years south of Lenox. The family moved to Lenox where Harlan

was employed by Miller Chevrolet Company for seventeen years. He then joined the Tote Company where he worked until

his retirement. Mr. Grimm was honored for his fine workmanship with the firm.

He was a member of the Church of Christ of Lenox.

Harlan will be remembered by his friends and relatives for his kindness and friendly way to everyone.

Preceding him in death were his father in 1960, his mother in 1981, a sister, Margaret Opal in infancy, and a brother-in-law,

Robert Donaldson.

Survivors include his wife, Gladys of Lenox; a son, Jack and wife Chris of Des Moines; two grandchildren, Lynn and Scott

Grimm, both of Des Moines; two sisters, Mildred Donaldson of Sharpsburg; and Maysel Boltinghouse of Lenox; two

brothers, Wyatt of Lenox and Bobby of Scotsdale, Arizona; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Services were held Thursday, September 17 at 10 a.m. at Larkin-Bender Funeral Home in Lenox. Pastor Jack Cutbirth of

the First Christian Church officiated.

Music was by Ruth Boltinghouse, organist and Mildred Walter, soloist. Selections were "In The Garden" and "Beyond

The Sunset".

Casket bearers were H. Brown, Roy Martin, Howard Elder, George Jones, Larry Rogers, and Bing Miller.

Interment was in the West Fairview Cemetery at Lenox.

Guidinger, Leila Cheese -

Graveside services for Leila Guidinger will be held Thursday, October 1 at East Fairview Cemetery in Lenox at 1:30 p.m.

Reverend Don Fisher will officiate.

Mrs. Guidinger was born in Lenox July 12, 1903. She died September 28 at Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, Illinois.

Helen Leckliter of Lenox is a sister.

Guidinger, Leila Cheese -

Leila Guidinger, the daughter of George Franklin and Sarah Leila Hall Cheese, was born July 12, 1903 in Lenox, Iowa.  She died at the Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, Illinois Monday September 28 at the age of seventy-eight years, two months and sixteen days.

Leila was united in marriage to George W Guidinger.

She was a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines and had completed graduate work at the University of Colorado.  Mrs Guidinger was a retired teacher having taught in Galesburg as well as in Iowa and New York.

Leila was a member of the Galesburg United Methodist Church, the Wesleyan Circle PEO Sisterhood in Evanston, Illinois, the Republican Women's Group, the Grandmother's Club Retired Teachers Association and the Omega Sorority of Drake University.

Harding, Lowell E -

Lowell E. Harding, the son of Edgar B. and Rachel Alexander Harding, was born December 9, 1907 at Bellflower, Missouri. He

died at the Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa on Tuesday, August 25, at the age of seventy-three years, eight

months and sixteen days.

In 1934 he came to Lenox as an employee of the Iowa Highway Commission.

He was united in marriage with Leona Scott on December 22, 1934.

"Tarzan" as he was known to his many friends, enlisted in the Sea Bees in 1943, serving in both the European and Pacific

Theaters. He returned to Lenox in December of 1945. He was employed at Bennett & Sons Company until 1964. He began

working at Carruthers Plumbing and Heating where he remained until his retirement in 1971.

He was a Past Commander of the Parkinson Post #250 of the American Legion.

In 1978 "Tarzan" was stricken with cancer and bravely battled for three years.

Preceding him in death were his parents and younger brother Carl.

Survivors include his wife, Leona of Lenox; two daughters Connie Huffman of Lenox and Judy Gray and husband Jack of

Bondurant, Iowa; six grandchildren; Tracey and Chris McMorran, Kelly and Rickie Huffman and Jeff and Jennifer

Gray; one great granddaughter Jamie McMorran; two brothers, Robert of St. Louis and Glen of Jefferson City, Missouri; and

two sisters, Vivian Mills of Columbia, Missouri and Margaret Oliver of Lee Summit, Missouri.

Memorial services were held Saturday, August 29 at 2 p.m. at the Larkin-Bender Funeral Home in Lenox. Reverend Jack

Cutbirth officiated.

Music was by Norma Paymal, organist and Tom Dillivan, vocalist. Selections were "Beyond the Sunset" and "In the Garden".

Interment was in West Fairview Cemetery at Lenox.

Military rites were conducted by Parkinson Post #250 of the Lenox American Legion.

Henn, William C -

William C. Henn, the oldest of nine children of Fred and Elizabeth Holms Henn, was born August 21, 1898 on a farm

northwest of Northboro, Iowa. He died at the Madison County Hospital in Winterset, Iowa on Tuesday, September 1 at the

age of eighty-three years and ten days.

Will graduated as Valedictorian of Northboro High School and Simpson College at Indianola. He attended seminary at

Garrett Biblical Institute in Evanston, Illinois. His first pastorate was at Luther, Iowa in 1926. Reverend Henn was

named Deacon of the Methodist Church in 1925 and an Elder in 1927. He served churches at Cumberland, Macedonia, Dallas,

Clearfield, Fontanelle, Waukee, Yale, Prairie Center and Tracey-Harvey prior to his retirement in 1955.

On August 3, 1925, he was united in marriage with Reba L. Talley, the daughter of a Methodist pastor. Reba labored

faithful with him until the time of her death on July 20, 1972.

He was united in marriage with Bessie Baker Bennett at Lenox, Iowa on December 2, 1972. She preceded him in death on

November 1, 1976.

Also preceding him in death were his parents, a sister and a brother.

Reverend Henn devoted his life to Missions and Evangelism. He felt he could not do enough for the Lord.

Survivors include his daughter, Marian Goodenberger and husband, Emery of Winterset; six grandchildren, Marcia Bankus,

Rhonda Siebels, Sondra Smith, Pamela Mahoney, Perry Goodenberger, and Martin Goodenberger; four great grandchildren;

a brother, Fred Henn of Braddyville, Iowa; six sisters, Perna Farnsworth of Omaha, Margaret Flack of Westboro,

Missouri, Myrtle Foxworthy of Shenandoah, Clara James, Ruth Gibson, both of Northboro, and Freda Macrandea of Braddyville;

three step-sons, Roy and Paul Bennett, both of Lenox and Arthur Bennett of Mapleton; a step-daughter, Alice (Mrs. L L) Siverly of Clearfield; as well as other relatives.

Services were held Friday, September 4 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Lenox. Reverend Rex Logan,

pastor and Reverend Richard Pfaltzgraff, district superintendent, officiated.

Music was by Norma Paymal, organist and Mike and Jill Evans, vocalists. The selection was "How Great Thou Art".

"Blesses Assurance" was the congregational hymn.

Casket bearers were L. L. Siverly, Ron Wurster, Glen Brokaw, Paul Bennett, Dick Bunn and Glen Grout.

Interment was in the Bethel Cemetery at Diagonal, Iowa.

Parker, K U -

K. U. Parker, former superintendent of the Lenox Schools and also the girls' basketball coach for a number of years died

Friday of a heart attack. He is survived by his wife, Alice and sons, Jim and David.

A memorial fund has been established. Contributions may be sent to the home address at 3840 Olive. Long Beach, California.

Potts, Nona L Copeland -

Nona L. Potts, the daughter of Edward and Lucy Athey Copeland, was born June 8, 1890 at Lenox, Iowa. She died Sunday,

August 30 at Grinnell General Hospital in Grinnell, Iowa at ninety-one years of age.

Nona was a graduate of Lenox High School.

On April 7, 1908, she was united in marriage with William M. Potts at Lenox. The couple made their home in Lenox until

moving to Stronghurst, Illinois in 1926.

They later moved to Grinnell in 1928 where Mrs. Potts was employed with the housekeeping department of Grinnell

College and also with the Grinnell Shoe Company. The family moved to Montezuma in 1959 returning to Grinnell in

1969. Mr. and Mrs. Potts observed their fiftieth wedding anniversary in 1958 in Lenox.

Mrs. Potts had been a resident of Friendship Manor since 1976.

Preceding her in death were her husband, a son, Reldon H. "Dick" Potts; a daughter, Mrs. William (Garlan) Welsh; three

brothers, Charles, Lou and Edward Copeland; and two sisters. Mrs. Mamie M. Hill and Mrs. Mazie Tully.

Survivors include a son, Willis Potts of Fort Collins, Colorado; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held on Wednesday, September 2 at 1 p.m. at Hazelwood Cemetery. Reverend Robert C. Smith,

pastor of the Grinnell First Baptist Church officiated.

Trost, Joseph Carl -

Joseph Carl Trost, the son of George and Margaret Stanger Trost, was born December 11, 1895 in Dettingen, Germany. He

died at his home near Lenox, Iowa on Tuesday, August 21 at the age of eighty-five years, eight months and seven days.

At the age of seven, Joe migrated with his family to America where they settled in the Lenox community.

He was united in marriage with Ruth Bartrem on August 25, 1920 at Bedford. Iowa.

Joe was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Lenox and was a lifetime member of Parkinson American

Legion Post #250, having served his country during World War I.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and working on his farm. Joe was employed for many years at the Lenox

Livestock Auction.

Preceding him in death were his parents, two brothers, one sister, and one grandson.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth; three daughters, Dorothy Poore and husband Howard of Bedford, Mildred Reynolds and

husband Jerry of Torrance, California and Margaret Boone and husband Paul of Cody, Wyoming: three sons, Raymond

and wife Isabel of Lenox, Donald and wife Dorothy of Lenox and Gene and wife Yavette of Creston; eighteen grandchildren;

four step-grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; four sisters, Pauline Morgan and Emma Woods, both of West Salem,

Wisconsin, Rose Noerrlinger of Sheldon, Wisconsin, and Frieda Boltinghouse of Lenox; a sister-in-law, Helen Trost of Lenox;

as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Services were held Friday, August 21 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Presbyterian Church in Lenox. Reverend Don Fisher

officiated.

Music was by Norma Paymal, organist. Selections were "How Great Thou An" and "Just A Closer Walk With Thee".

Casket bearers were Richard Notz, Cecil Miller, Dale Purdum, Alvin Brown, Alford Nicholson, and Paul Notz.

Interment was in the West Fairview Cemetery at Lenox.

Military rites were conducted by Parkinson Post #250 of the Lenox American Legion.

Wray, D Leo (Shorty) -

D. Leo "Shorty" Wray, the son of Charles J. and Mary L. Anderson Wray, was born December 9, 1899 in Adams County, Iowa.

He died at the Rosary Hospital in Corning on Tuesday, September 15 at the age of eighty-one years, nine months and six days.

He was baptized as a youth into the fellowship of the Salem Brethern Church. Leo was a faithful member of the Lenox

Stock and Saddle Club for many years until his failing health curtailed his activity. One of the offices he held with the

organization was that of vice president.

Mr. Wray was happiest while tending his livestock and farming.

On March 10, 1926, he was united in marriage with Florence I. Moser. They lived their entire married life in the same

community until "Shorty" entered the Lenox Care Center.

Preceding him in death were his parents, two sisters in infancy and a sister, Velda Leiare.

Survivors include his wife, Florence of Lenox; a son, Roland D. Wray and wife Patsy of Richland, Iowa; a daughter,

Marily Coffey and husband Olaf C. of Glenwood, Iowa; six grandchildren. Lori (Mrs. Greg) Krewson of Maryland Heights,

Missouri, Tom and Jean Wray of Richland, Steven Coffey of Glenwood, Suzanne (Mrs. Danny) Graalfs of Red Oak, and

Daniel Coffey of Glenwood; three great grandchildren, Brenda Coffey of Glenwood and Beth Ann and Kurtis Graalfs of Red

Oak; as well as several cousins.

Services were held Friday, September 18 at 10:30 a.m. at the Salem Church of the Brethern near Lenox. Reverend

Elmer West, pastor, officiated.

Music was by Erma Fuller, organist and Marie and Lee West, vocalists. Selections were "How Great Thou Art"

and "Amazing Grace". The congregational hymn was "God Be With You".

Casket bearers were Edwin Ramsey, Mervin Walter, Richard Riley, Nate Hamilton, Harold Shepherd, and Vernon Walter.

Honorary bearers were Denny Waller, Wray Walter, Dale Walter, Joe Neuhardt, Fred Shepherd, and Lowell Hamilton.

Interment was in the Salem Church Cemetery.
