Hanson Manson was killed by a train near Dysart on Tuesday. He and his brother were walking on the track, and hearing the train coming undertook to reach a highway crossing ahead of the train. The brother escaped but Hanson was struck by the engine and thrown fully seventy feet. His injuries were fatal. McConahy was conductor of the train and DeGeer engineer.
