Nevada High School Alumni Directory 1877-2003 (2003) was compiled by Jeannine Heintz from school records and generously made available by the Nevada Public Library which retains a copy of the document. The source document has been transcibed for the years 1877-1990 using optical charater recognition with subsequent editing. It should be noted that errors may have been introduced at any step of the process. Also, the document itself sometimes cuts off the end of a name in a column.

In addition to the basic information transcribed (see below) for some records the document includes the names of the graduate's parents, partner (sometimes given name of husband, full name of wife, etc.), full address, telephone number, and email address.

The following information is included in this transcription:

• Name: Given name with surname in upper case letters.
• Year: Year of graduation.
• Married Name: For female students the surname of their husband is often included.
