June 2008 IAGenWeb Project Review Form

Dear County Coordinator,

Please complete the self-review form below for the county or counties that you coordinate in IAGenWeb. If you are co-coordinating a county with someone, both of you must complete the form.

Please submit the completed form between June 1 and June 15, 2008.

The questions on the form are designed to help you verify that you meet the requirements for IAGenWeb county pages (see http://iagenweb.org/state/rules.htm). You and your visitors are the people who should benefit the most from the time you spend doing this review.

When you’ve finished, click on 'Submit Review' at the end of the form. Copies will go to Karen DeGroote-Johnson, State Coordinator; Mark Christian, Technical Team Leader for the permanent records, and to me, Assistant State Coordinator.

Your self-review will be evaluated by a current or past Leadership Team member who will visit your county site and send you a note, agreeing with or discussing your self-evaluation. You need to acknowledge their email within two weeks of receiving it in order to complete the review process.

If you have questions about any aspect of the review, please contact me.

Thank you.

Richard Harrison
IAGenWeb Assistant State Coordinator
