Above, left, Washington Mark Bailey. The identify of the man standing to the right is unknown. Washington was born 1857 in Gary, Indiana, died in Shelby County, Iowa in 1934, and is buried in Harlan Cemetery. According to family stories, Washington worked for the railroad in and around Iowa. If you can identify the man on the right, please contact the Shelby County Coordinator.
