Death of Mrs. Mary L. Wright

Mrs. Mary L[ouvina]. WRIGHT died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles COX, in San Diego, Calif., April 16, 1932, aged 84 yars, eight months and 14 days.

She was born August 2, 1847, at Garards Fort, Green county, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Azariah and Clarissa STEPHENS. She was married to John F. WRIGHT February 26, 1870, who preceded her in death March 14, 1915. She leaves the following children to mourn her loss: Clarence C. WRIGHT, Charleroi, Pa.; Jessie V. WRIGHT, Farmington, Iowa; Warren S. WRIGHT, Des Moines, Iowa; Halla G. WRIGHT, Superior, Wis.; Mrs. Charles COX, San Diego, Calif.; a brother, T. J. STEPHENS, Redding, Iowa; a sister, Mrs. R. M. BOWLBY, Beaconsfield, Iowa; also 12 grandchildren, all living, and a host of relatives and friends.

She united with the John Corbly Memorial Baptist church early in life at Garads Forth, Green county, Pennsylvania. She moved with her husband to Mount Ayr, Iowa, in October, 1891, placing her membership there, and it has always remained there.

Funeral will be held at the Baptist church in Mount Ayr Saturday [rest of obituary clipped, Mary was interred at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, Iowa].
