For the past two years Mr. WILLIAMS had been in failing health, and on July 13, 1959, at the age of 70 years, Mr WILLIAMS departed from his family and friends in the Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.

He is survived by his widow, Lura; son, Lyle; Robert WILLIAMS of Indianola, and Mrs. Betty Jean WORRELL, of Cozad, Nebr.; Four great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Alice GARLAND of Oelwein.

Funeral services were held July 15, from the Presbyterian church in Diagonal, conducted by Rev. Jerry CRAWFORD.
