Funeral services were held August 18, from the Rhoades Funeral Home, conducted by Elder John Lane. Bertha Midgorden sang, accompanied at the organ by Margaret Pence. Casketbearers were Kenneth Shields, Eugene Mosier, Richard Saltzman, Ivan Shields, Frank Dredge and Doyle Denhart. Interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
