OBITUARY - MILDRED (SNETHEN) BLACK VOSLER, Leon

MOUNT AYR - Mildred BLACK VOSLER, 73, of Leon, formerly of Mount Ayr, died Wednesday morning, June 1, 1988, at the Decatur County Hospital in Leon.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wilson-Watson Funeral Home in Mount Ayr. The Rev. Dick SPEIGHT will officiate with burial in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr. a family night will be held from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. VOSLER was born July 29, 1914, in Ringgold County to Albert and Grace (DANT) SNETHEN. She married Carl BLACK June 20, 1931, in Bedford and he died February 1961. Then she married Sylvester VOSLER in April 1967 and he died March 1983. She was a homemaker and lived the past six months in Leon

Survivors include three sons, Melvin and Donald BLACK of Omaha, Neb., and Marvin BLACK of Council Bluffs; three daughters, Edith WARREN of Las Vegas, Nev., Judy SMITH of Leon and Carol Ann HOUSH of Seymour; 22 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Joe of Mount Ayr and Rex SNETHEN of Green Bay, Wis.; three sisters, Vera LIERMAN of Beemer, Neb., Vesta GIBSON of Riverside, Calif., and Roena ADAMS of Mount Ayr.
