OBITUARY - BELLE K. SENEY

Boone - Belle K. SENEY [Isabelle Katherine "Belle" (SPECK) SENEY], 91, died March 26, 1985 at the Eastern Star Masonic Home. She was born August 8, 1893 in Plattsmouth, Neb., the daughter of James L. and Emsie (WATERS) SPECK. She married Noel B. SENEY August 20, 1921 in Lincoln, Lancaster, Neb. They were the parents of Noel B. Jr. and Barton S. SENEY.

She was a 54-year member of Indianola Order of the Eastern Star No. 338 and was a housemother at Alpha Phi Omega sorority at Simpson College from 1949 to 1978 when she moved to the Eastern Star Home.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, and son Noel Jr.

She is survived by a son, Barton SENEY of Kansas City; a sister, Mae GODDING of Plattsmouth, Neb.; two brothers, Fred SPECK of Whittier, Calif., and Harry SPECK of Union, Neb.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held in the Eastern Star Home chapel at 10 o'clock Friday. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Eastern Star Home. Stark-Welin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be given to the Eastern Star Home.
