OBITUARY - MARGARET SARAH (HAMBLEN) SAVILLE

Margaret Sarah SAVILLE, 69, Grant City [Missouri], passed away Saturday, August 16, 2008.

She was born March 18, 1939 in Hollyville, IA to Henry and Cora HAMBLEN and was the oldest of four children. They moved to the Allendale/Grant City area when Margaret was young.

Margaret met her husband, Jerry SAVILLE, in Mount Ayr, IA where she was working. They married September 5, 1959. They had four children and lived in the Grant City area most of their lives. She worked at GeeCee Cap Co. and as a cook and nurses aid along with raising four children. She enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, fishing and other outdoor activities.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; her parents and her brothers, Jack and Bill.

Survivors include her children Mary Lucille KING, Helen and husband Tom MAENHOUDT, Virginia WYATT, Jerry and wife Cathy SAVILLE; her brother, John; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six sisters-in-law; four brothers-in-law and many other relatives and friends.

She will be sadly missed by all.

Visitation will be 12 noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 20 at Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home in Grant City followed by graveside services at 1:30 p.m. at the Grant City Cemetery. Memorials may be left at the Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home in Grant City.
