OBITUARY ~ WELDON GLENN SANDAGE
Weldon Glenn Sandage, son of O. G. Sandage, Mount Ayr, and the late Cora Parman Sandage, died December 6, 1967 at the age of 43 years, 6 months and 3 days at the Decatur County Hospital
after an illness of two weeks.Death Notice:
He was employed by the Des Moines Register and Tribune the past 7 years and at the time of death was zone manager. Prior to this he was self-employed,
and had served two years as deputy sheriff of Mahaska County. While a young man Mr. Sandage was baptized in the Baptist Church and later transferred his membership to the Methodist Churh
Surviving are his wife Marjorie, one son Gary Ralph of U.S. Navy and two daughters, Catherine Marie and Mary Joyce at home; one daughter Connie Sue Hendrix of Memphis, Tenn.
by a former marriage, his father and step-mother, Grace Parman Sandage, Mount Ayr; sister Mrs. Wanda Bloom, Des Moines; brother Harold David Sandage, Ottumwa.
SANDAGE, Weldon Glenn, 43, of Kellerton, died at the Decatur County Hospital December 6. Services were conducted from the Slade Funeral Home December 8 with the Rev. Richard Gifford
officiating. Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery at Mount Ayr.Card of Thanks
