OBITUARY ~ DOROTHY HELEN ROBERTS

Dorothy Helen, daughter of Edward and Blanch CLARK, was born Feb. 28, 1920, on a farm near Ellston, Iowa, and passed away at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha, Neb., on Feb. 26, 1975, two days before her 55th birthday.

She attended Sunny Side school near her home. On Aug. 1, 1940, she was united in marriage to Lee ROBERTS of Ellston. To this union two daughters were born, Mrs. Ronald SNYDER (Ilene) and Mrs. Leo ARMBRUST (Maxine).

They farmed in the Ellston vicinity a number of years before moving to Elkhorn, Neb. in 1959. They lived there three years before moving to Gretna in 1962 where they now live. She was a devoted wife and loving mother and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, on half-brother, Chas. CLARK, on half-sister, Mrs. Goldia SHUCK.

Survivors include her husband, Lee, and two daughters; three grandchildren, Karen and Donna SNYDER and Randy ROBERTS; also three sisters, Mrs. Inez HAYES of Mount Ayr, Mrs. Mary BANNER of Mount Ayr and Mrs. Alta SEVIER of Creston and two brothers, Roy CLARK of Des Moines and Isaac CLARK of Florida; four half-sisters, Mrs. Genevieve GRAY of Creston, Mrs. Lucy CLARK of Des Moines, Mrs. Alice WHITE of Kellerton and Mrs. Della DIRK of Detroit, Mich.

Funeral services were held March 1 in Grenta, Neb.
