OBITUARY ~ ELIZABETH TAYLOR (ET) LAKEY
June 03, 2012 ~ July 08, 2016

Elizabeth Taylor (ET) Lakey was born June 3, 2012 in Maryville, Missouri. 4 years old, she was a resident of Grant City [Missouri] and taken from this world on Friday [July 8] in an automobile accident near Mount Ayr.

Elizabeth loved everyone and everything. She was a mamaís girl. She enjoyed playing with her friends, singing and dancing , telling stories, playing with animals and going to school like a big girl. She was a big bright eyed girl who was always there to bring a smile. ET was a beautiful soul, a great sister, and was extremely intelligent and mature for her age. He favorite movies were Big Hero 6, Frozen, Strange Magic and the Nightmare Before Christmas. She loved Barney and friends, Doc McStuffins and many other shows. ETís favorite color was pink and purple. She wanted to be a race car driver when she grew up.

Survivors include her mother Brittany Lakey of Grant City, a baby sister Scarlette Jane Lakey of Grant City, grandparents Danny and Deena Campbell, and aunts Cassie Jones and Ashley Campbell of St. Joseph [MO], and her great-grandparents Everett and Marie Campbell.

Services for 4 year old Elizabeth Taylor Lakey will be Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m. at the Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home of Grant City with burial in the Kirk Cemetery of Allendale. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuewday evening at the Grant City Christian Church.
