OBITUARY - ALBERT LOGAN.

Albert LOGAN, son of John and Susan (OLINGER) LOGAN, was born November 30, 1858, in the vicinity of Boone, Iowa, and passed away at his home north of Redding December 20, 1933, at the age of 75 years and 20 days.

He was married to Amelia MUSICK in the year 1898. To this union three children were born, Mrs. Julia TOLG, of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Bertha McGREW of Hawkeye, Iowa, and John who preceded him in death November 12, 1933. The mother died in 1907.

On March 16, 1911, he was married to Clara McCONAHAY. To this union three children were born, Alma, Jessie and Paul, all of Redding, Iowa.

At the age of four years he was baptized in the German Evangelical church in Boone county, to which faith he remained steadfast to the end.

During the year 1868 the LOGAN family moved to Worth county, Misouri, and Albert remained there with the family until a young man. He moved to southern Missouri soon after his first marriage and from there to Kansas and then to Ringgold county in the year 1906.

Those who survive him are his wife, four daughters and one son and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted from the Rhoades Funeral Home on Friday afternoon and the burial was in Redding cemetery [Fairfiew Cemetery, Ringgold County, Iowa].

NOTE: Albert's father John LOGAN was born in 1822, and died at the age of 76 years on October 24, 1898. His mother, Susan (OLINGER) LOGAN, was born on March 8, 1823, and died at the age of 91 years, 8 months and 7 days on November 15, 1914. They were interred at Fairview Cemetery, Ringgold County, Iowa.
