OBITUARY - B. W. KAUBLE.

KAUBLE was born in Worth county, Missouri, near Isadora, March 5, 1858, and died at the Methodist hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, July 22, 1928, aged 70 years, four months and 17 days. His mother died when he was small and he made his home with his sister until he was sixteen years old.

He was united in marriage to Clara MERRIMAN, March, 1884. She died July 27, 1884. After the death of his wife he made his home in Kansas for several years, later returning to Iowa where he purchased a farm near Ellston where where he made his home the rest of his life.

He was again united in marriage on February 21, 1901, to Mrs. Minnie WELLS, who preceded him in death November 17, 1922. To this union four children were born, all of whom are living. Mrs. Howard TAGGART of Kellerton, Iowa; Clara, of Omaha, Heb.; Elzara, of Winterset, Iowa, and Lyda, at home, and two step-daughters, Mrs. Earl FISK, of Aredale, Iowa, and Hazel WELLS, at home. He leaves to mourn his departure, his children, five grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Isabelle HAYS, of Athelstan, Iowa, and a host of friends.

Mr. KAUBLE was a good neighbor and a loyal friend who always tried to do unto others as he would that they should do to him.

Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday morning, being conducted by a former pastor, Miss Alta M. NICHOLS, and interment was made in the Ellston cemetery where the services were in charge of the Modern Woodman.

NOTE: Minnie, wife of B. W. KAUBLE, was born on August 24, 1869, and died on November 17, 1922 with interment at Ellston Cemetery, Ringgold County, Iowa.
