OBITUARY - JOSEPH G. HOFF

Mr. HOFF, 74, of the Laurence Harbor section of Old Bridge died Nov. 16 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. A member of the Old Bridge Township Council, he served the township and its Laurence Harbor section in various capacities since 1956.

He was predeceased by a son, David Patrick HOFF. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Catherine McCABE HOFF; three sons, Joseph George HOFF Jr. of the Neshanic Station section of Branchburg, Ezekial Peter HOFF of Philadelphia and George Arthur HOFF of Sayreville; three daughters, Margaret Mary HOFF THOMAS of New Port Richey, Fla., Kathleen Patricia HEMSATH of St. Charles, Mo., and Patricia Catherine FLEMING of Little Egg Harbor; three sisters, Florence BISHOP and Mary Ann MATHANY, both of Mount Ayr, Iowa, and Patricia JANAS of the Morgan section of Sayreville; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A service was offered at St. Lawrence Church, Laurence Harbor. Arrangements were under the direction of Day Funeral Home, Keyport. Cremation was private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Laurence Harbor First Aid Squad.
