She was converted at the age of 14, and to place it in her own words as was found on a sheet written by herself, "I am a pilgrim here seeking my heavenly home. Jesus saves through his precious blood. Her death was very triumphant.

She leaves to mourn her loss the husband, 7 children, 31 grand children, 2 great grand children, and a host of friends and neighbors.

Funeral services were, conducted at the home by Rev. W. C. Kelley assisted by her son, William. It was her wish that her son would have charge and so he made appropriate remarks after the regular service.
