OBITUARY - RALEIGH F. GREENE
Raleigh F. GREENE, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2010, 9:45 p.m. at Horton Plaza surrounded by loved ones. He was born
in Beaconsfield, Iowa, on March 23, 1917. He served in the Army in what he called "the big WWII". He owned Raleigh GREENE
Equipment for 47 years and employed many grandsons and nephews. Raleigh loved his family and friends, dancing, singing,
woodworking, golf and pool. His sense of humor was with him until the end.
Raleigh is survived by his daughters, Rayann JOHNSON and Carrie HALL; son-in-law, Gary JOHNSON; 13 grandchildren; 48
great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by Lucy Loiselle
GREENE; and daughter, Joliene Marie BANRY.
He spent his last four years at Horton Plaza with wonderful friends and his loyal companion, Roxy dog.
A viewing will be held Thursday, April 15, 2010, at Conger~Morris in Central Point, Ore., 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Funeral
services will be held at Eagle Point Veterans Cemetery Chapel on Friday, April 16, 2010, 10 a.m.
His great sense of humor and love of life will be missed. "Infamous" stories of Raleigh GREENE will be passed down through
our family for generations. Congratulations on your graduation!!
