OBITUARY ~ DANNY LEE CROWELL

Memorial services for Danny CROWELL, age 50, of the Clearfield/Lenox, Iowa areas, who died May 8, 2004, were held Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at the Ritchie Funeral Home in Lenox. Memorials can be give in Danny's name. Arrangements were entrusted to the Ritchie Funeral Home of Lenox.

Danny Lee CROWELL was born July 3, 1953, in Creston, Iowa, the son of Lea CROWELL and Leta BOYER CROWELL. He grew up in the Lenox area, graduating with the class of 1972. He went to work for the Sheridan Egg Company driving a truck and also worked for Bing Miller at the Chevrolet Garage. In 1981, he went to work for Rosco BROWN for several years before entering the carpentry business with Bill CAMPBELL. His latest employment had been with Terra in Lenox and with Tay-Gold in Clearfield.

Danny was a good carpenter and was very proud of his work. He enjoyed bass fishing, being outdoors and working in his garden. He was a member of the Lenox Christian Church.

Left to cherish Danny's memory are his long-time companion, Faye Jean HINSHAW of Clearfield; a sister Linda HEYNE and husband Terry of Conway, South Carolina; an uncle R.D. BOYER of Lenox; a nephew Mark HEYNE of Conway, South Carolina; along with many other family members and friends.

Preceding Danny in death are his parents, Lea and Leta.

May God grand comfort and strength to those who mourn Danny's passing.
