OBITUARY ~ ALAN LYNN CAMPBELL

Alan Lynn, son of Nick and Georgia CAMPBELL, was born January 2, 1949 at Decatur County Hospital, Leon, Iowa, and departed this life at his home in Atlanta, Georgia March 29, 1987 at the age of 38 years, 2 months and 27 days after a four month illness.

Alan attended Grand Valley school and graduated with the class of 1967. He attended the University of Iowa in Iowa City and also the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. While in Denver he was employed as a bookkeeper. He was also a bookkeeper at Ringgold County Hospital. At the time of his death he was Director of Finance of D.U.K.E., a personnel agency in Atlanta, Georgia.

He leaves to mourn his passing his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nick CAMPBELL; one brother, Larry Joe and wife, Sandra; three nephews, Kurtis Lyn and wife, Lesa, Kevin Lee and wife Cathy and Darren Ray, and one great-grand-nephew. Casey Lee, all of Kellerton; one grandmother, Jessie WEBB of Mount Ayr; aunts, uncles, cousins, and other friends and special friends, Ron and RuthAnn JACKSON and Tab JACKSON of Atlanta, Georgia.

Memorial services were held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Atlanta, Georgia on April 1, 1987, with Father Alan DILLMAN officiating.
