OBITUARY - WELDA LEE (GREENMAN) DAYLEY

Welda Lee DAYLEY, 67, of Versailles [KY], wife of Kenneth H. DAYLEY, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2002.

Born in Kellerton, Iowa, Jan. 23, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Weldon and Grace (BILLINGTON) GREENMAN. She was a partner at Commercial Industrial Heating and Air Conditioning, and was a member of the South Elkhorn Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school and was involved in many other activities at the church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Grace Ellen URQUHART and Kerry DAYLEY GEARON, both of Versailles; a son, Tim K. DAYLEY, Versailles; a brother, Byron Eugene GREENMAN, Iowa; and four grandchildren, Michelle Grace, Kylie Elizabeth, and James Andrew URQUHART, and Rachel Morgan GEARON.

Services were conducted Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2002, at the South Elkhorn Baptist Church by the Rev. Phil SCHULTZ and the Rev. Joseph GIRDLER. Burial was in Rose Crest Cemetery. Duell-Clark Funeral Chapel, Versailles, was in charge of arrangements.

Contributions may be made to the South Elkhorn Baptist Church Building Fund or the King's Way Assembly Missions Fund.
