OBITUARY - OTIS E. CLARK

CACHE, OK -- Funeral for Otis E. CLARK, 68, Cache, will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Cache First United Methodist Church.

Mr. Clark died Thursday, December 2, 2004, at a Lawton hospital.

Burial will be at Cache Cemetery under direction of Jackson Funeral Home, Frederick.

He was born December 21, 1936, in Kellerton, Iowa, to Jack and (DORSETT) CLARK. He married Patricia L. CONLEY on October 4, 1953, in Mount Ayr, Iowa. They came to Cache in 1967 where they operated Clark's Tree Service, Pat's Lawnmower Repair, Hamburger Inn and Clark's Used Car and Auction. He was CLEET certified in law enforcement. He was formerly employed by Cache Police Department, Mangum Police Department and the Beckham County Sheriff's Department. He was a member of Cache First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a daughter, Cindy JACKSON and her husband, Gary, Cache; two grandchildren and their spouses: Scott and Tish JACKSON, Marlow; and Karla and Raul ORNELAS, Altus; two great-grandchildren: Bailey Don Clark JACKSON and Harliegh (JACKSON) MAILE; three brothers and sisters-in-law: Jackie and Joyce CLARK, and Keith and Jill CLARK, all of Creston, Iowa; and Dale and Debbie CLARK, Cache; a sister, Lucille SHIELDS, Cache; five sisters-in-law: Alvena CLARK, Peggy KESTER, Elaine BAILEY, Irene BAILEY and Thelma CONLEY; special friends: J. R. and Loni RAINER, Thearsa and Duane PIEARSON and Katy BORN; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Daniel CLARK; and three brothers-in-law: Jack SHIELDS, George BAILEY and William CONLEY.
