OBITUARY - DALE LYNN CLARK

Word has been received of the death of Dale Lynn CLARK, 51, of Cache [OK]. Mr. CLARK died Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. No service is planned. Burial will be at a later date at the Ellston Cemetery in Ellston, Iowa. Arrangements are under direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick.

He was born December 26, 1955, at Mount Ayr, Iowa, to Isaac Jackson "Jack" and Elberta Gooseberry (DORSETT) CLARK. He attended school in Ellston, Tingley and Mount Ayr, Iowa. He received an associate degree from Indian Hills Community College at Ottumwa, Iowa. He had worked as a chef in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Sante Fe, N.M., Prescott, Ariz., and was formerly a chef for the Lawton Golf & Country Club.

He married Deborah Lynn MORAN April 12, 1986, in Cincinnati, Iowa. Survivors include his wife, Debbie, of the home; two sons: David CLARK and his wife Brooke; and James CLARK, all of Cache; one daughter, Melissa CLARK, of Lorimor, Iowa; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jackie CLARK and his wife Joyce, and Keith CLARK and his wife Jill, all of Creston, Iowa, Patty CLARK, of Cache, and Bennie CLARK, of Knoxville, Iowa; three granddaughters: Mariha, Dakota and Alyssa CLARK.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Danny and Otis CLARK; one sister and brother-in-law, Lucille and Jack SHIELDS.
