Rachel SOBOTKA placed second in the state in lyrical dancing in the 17-18 year old age group, dancing to "We Are Dancing."

Both students are students at The Dance Connection in Mount Ayr.

Nationals will be held in Wichita, KS, in late June and Little Rock, AR, in early July.

BAKER is the daughter of Frank and Bonnie BAKER of Redding, and SOBOTKA is the daughter of Gary and Darla SOBOTKA of Mount Ayr.
