Top ranking members scholastically of the 1966 senior class of the Mount Ayr Community High School are Jeannette Schlapia and Doris Angus. Jeannette was selected as Valedictorian and Doris as Salutatorian.

A Kellerton student was one of many honored at the annual Simpson college honors convocation hel at the Indianola School May 3. She is Nancy Dufty, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Dufty of Kellerton, who received a national Methodist scholarship.

Glen Foland, Grand Valley F.F.A. president, has been announced winner of the 1966 DeKalb Agricultural Accomplishment Award given to outstanding seniors in vocational agriculture departments.

Dianne Richards and Bob Sefrit have been selected as the outstanding members of the 1966 senior Class of Mount Ayr Community High School in the annual citizenship award program, sponsored by the Iowa State Bar Association.
