Judge Homer A. FULLER has been appointed senior judge of the military registrants, advisory board of the third judicial district of Iowa. The boards give assistance to registrants in preparing questionnaires, claims and similar papers.

The last of the concrete was poured Tuesday evening at the Benton corner, closing the seven-mile gap on Highway 3 from the Ringgold county line to Benton.
