Ice Fantasy of 1964, a portable ice show, will be presented as the feature attraction of the Ringgold County Fair entertainment program the night of Friday, August 7. The show features the artistry of Carroll Alexander and Ken Isel.

Mrs. Darrell F. JOHNSTON was appointed town clerk of Mount Ayr Wednesday evening during the regular meeting of the town council. She was selected from a list of eight candidates for the position.

Place winners in the Kids events of the Albany Horse Show held Saturday afternoon were Ronny RUNYON and Terry BISHOP, first in the barrel race, and Cathy and Carroll REYNOLDS, second in the baton race for 13 to 16-year-olds.

For the second consecutive year, the program of the Ringgold County Fair will include a Women's Tent Fair Show and Sale.

Anyone interested in securing a table for displays of crafts, plants, fancywork, food, sewing, etc., at the fair, is asked to contact Mrs. Cecil SICKELS of Kellerton, or call seven on 19 through Mount Ayr.
