Chanse Hall, Mount Ayr Record-News

John HOFFMAN, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. V. HOFFMAN, of Mount Ayr, played bass drum with the SCI Marching 100 at the November 1 meeting of the Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys NFL game.

Holiday ball emjoyed by the Rainbow girls. Members of the Mount Ayr Assembly No. 160, Order of the Rainbow for Girls, and their guests enjoyed a holiday ball December 28, in the Masonic Temple.

The Mount Ayr Raiders defeated Bedford to take over the Number Two spot in the Tall Corn Conference race.
