"In the last 75 days we've opened up representation in seven differnt showrooms throughout the United States, the would reach some35 states, for our unique quality line of cutting boards, birdhouses and feeders and rocking horses," says Link NYLEN, president of Woodlink in Mount Ayr. Woodlink, which started production in a Des Moines garage, and later leased a Mount Ayr building from the Ringgold County Developement Corporation, is hitting hard the marketplace for their products which emphasize quality item sand competitive prices, NYLEN says. Their building is the third one south at the industrial park southeast of Mount Ayr,

Young and old alike had an opportunity to watch a rite of spring as sheep were sheared for them in Mount Ayr last Wednesday. John COOK of Diagonal brought the sheep and a portable pen to the west side of the Clearview Nursing Home in Mount Ayr and residents of the homeas well as the handicapped, pre-school and kindergarten students from Mount Ayr Community schools watched as the sheep shed their winter coats. Eric HILL of Arispe did the shearing as the spectators looked on.

"Whose Life Is It Anyway?" is the spring dramatic production to be presented this week at Mount Ayr Community high school.
