WOJG James C. MOTSINGER graduated recently as a superior student (grades of 91% or better) from the recent Engineer Equipment Maintenance and Repaid Course conducted at the U.S. Army Europe Engineer School. This information has been received from R. L. Jewett, colonel, corps of engineers commandant, by James' parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. MOTSINGER, of Mount Ayr. The letter continued: "Achieving a superior rating in this course is noteworthy accomplishment attained by only a small percentage of the students. The instruction is necessarily rapid and condensed in order to make the most of the short time available for special schooling. Therefore, these students who make superior grades deserve particular recognition for their ability and hard work. You can be justly proud of the fine record maintained by your son during his stay at the school. It has been a privilege to have him under my command."
