HOME FROM THE 18th REGIMENT

Mr. Addison PARRISH arrived home yesterday from Capt. DUNCAN's company in 18th Iowa at Springfield Missouri. He reports the health and spirits of the boys there good, not one of Captain DUNCAN's company being in the hospital. He was accompanied by Mr. REED of Ringold County.
