Annual Reunion During the Fair
Discuss Plans For Centennial observance

The annual Ringgolder Reunion will be held in Mount Ayr during the Ringgold County Fair, August 11 to 15. This announcement was made following a meeting of the Ringgold County Historical Society held Tuesday evening.

Miss Eva F. STAHL, president of the society, said that a committee will be named to plan a program and work out details.

The reunion will probably be held on Tuesday or Wednesday, but a definite time was not set in order to avoid conflicts with fair activities.

Discuss Centennial

At the informal meeting, the group discussed the advisability of planning for Mount ayr's centennial observance in 1955. It was the concensus of the group that definite plans should be made for the proper observance, with all business and civic organizations co-operating.

Attending the meeting were Miss STAHL, Ames CROSS, Chas. LESAN, Donald DAILEY, Miss Myrta Abigail SHANNON, Mrs. Clyde LESAN, Mrs. Frank SEASHOLTZ, Mrs. Billie FINCH, Arthur PALMER and Mrs. Lawrence KIMBALL.
