TWOGOOD FAMILY PICNIC HELD SUNDAY

The fifteenth annual reunion of the Twogood family was held at the state
park in Correctionville Sunday, June 9, with fifty-nine members of the
family present.

The following officers were elected for another year: Mrs. McKinley Evans,
Sioux City, president; Mrs. Anna Leinbough, Laurel, Neb., vice-president;
Ralph Bacon, Randolph, Neb., secretary-treasurer; Miss Dorothy Leinbaugh,
Moville, Iowa, reporter.

A number of the Plymouth County members of the family attended the picnic
which is an annual event.

1947

ANNUAL REUNION OF TWOGOOD FAMILY IN KINGSLEY LAST WEEK

The annual Twogood reunion was held at the American Legion hall on Sunday, June 22.  Mr. and Mrs. Henry Beyers, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Anstine of Kingsley acted as hosts for the picnic.

Fifty members of the family coming from five states were present.  All are descendants of Rinaldo Twogood or Sydney Twogood, former pioneer farmers of Plymouth county.  Plans were completed to meet in Kingsley, June, 1948.  Officers elected were:  Mrs. Henry Beyers, Kingsley, president; McKinley Evans, Sioux City, vice president; and Mrs. Chas. Kuhnhenn, Kingsley, secretary-treasurer.

1951

HINTON:       
D. S. Twogood went to Pierson, Iowa, Sunday to attend the 25th annual Twogood family reunion which was held in the park at that place.  Mr. Twogood says there were 84 members of the family in attendance, coming from five states.
