BAACK – HAAG REUNION HERE
           
The Wm. Baack family and Haag families held a reunion at the New Deal Park on Sunday.  Those present were:

Wm. Baack and Mrs. Ray Baack and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Haag and family of LeMars; Mr. and Mrs. Andy Haag and family, of Chicago City, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Steve Carel and family, of Hinton; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Christensen and family, of Granville; Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Bauerly and Sharrell, of Bronson; and Mr. and Mrs. Syl Haag and family, of Hospers, Iowa.

Mr. and Mrs. Andy Haag and family of Chicago City, Minn., were Friday supper guests and Monday dinner guests in the Syl Haag home at Hospers.

Mr. and Mrs. Andy Haag and family of Chicago City, Minn., and Wm. Baack and Mrs. John Haag and son, Ernest, visited Saturday in the Steve Carel home at Hinton and at Clifford Bauerly and family of Bronson.

Andy Haag and family were weekend guests in the John Haag home

1956

Westfield: 

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Meyers attended the Haage reunion at the home of Mrs. Meyers’ sister, Mrs. Lubben, at Craig, Iowa.  There were 87 relatives present.  A large cake was baked by Mrs. Varenhorst in the shape of a ship.
