George "Artie" Pratt and Mary Agnes Conley were married January 18, 1910, at the Methodist Church parsonage in LeMars, Iowa. Theylived on a farm in Elkhorn Twp, (section 8) until 1944 when they moved to a farm in Elkhorn Twp (section 15.) They retired in 1951 to Kingsley and lived there until their deaths. Funeral services for both were held at the Methodist Church in Kingsley with burials in the Kingsley Cemetery.
