JOHN OHLRICHS FAMILY  

John and Katherine (Borchers) Ohlrichs lived 3 ¾ miles west of Merrill for 40 years.  There were born to them four children:  Mrs. Walter (Helen) Johnson, of Akron; Mrs. Leonard (Dorothy) Dirks, of LeMars; Mrs. Robert (Bernice) Less of Akron; and Donald Ohlrichs, of Merrill.

John Ohlrichs passed away on April 9, 1959.  Katherine Ohlrichs moved to LeMars in 1963.  Donald Ohlrichs (in 1972) lived on the farm with his wife, the former Ruth Schutte. Together they had three children, Gary, Sharon and Wayne.
