S-SGT RICHARD LYNDE IS MISSING IN ACTION
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Lynde of Harris have received word that their brother-in-law, Staff Sgt. Richard Lynde, has been reported missing in action.
His plane was shot down over Germany January 10. He was a bail turret gunner on a flying fortress and was on his thirty-first mission. He wife resides in Marshall, Illinois.
