Surname/Given Name Name of every person whose usual place of abode on the 1st day of June, 1850, was in this family
Age Age of each person at their last birthday previous to the 1st of June
Sex Sex, insert the letter M for male, and F for female
Clr Color, in all cases where the person is white, leave blank; in all cases where the person is black, insert the letter B; if mulatto, insert M
Occupation Profession, occupation, or trade of each person over 15 years of age
Real Estate Value of real estate owned by each individual enumerated
Birthplace Place of birth of each person
Mar Make a mark, or dash, opposite the name of each person married during the year previous to the 1st of June,
Sch At school within the last year
R/W Persons over 20 years of age who can not read and write
Deaf Deaf and dumb, blind, insane, idiotic, pauper, or convict
