I've
"rescued" an old photograph of Lottie CALLEN which was taken at the F.
A. Coyle Studio in Monticello, Iowa. The photograph appears to have been
taken in the 1880's with Lottie appearing to be in her teens at the
time. It actually appears more like an illustration over a photograph.
In addition to her name, someone (note is signed "Valle") has written
the following message "I think this is Lottie CALLEN Dad's favorite
cousin. She was a BALSINGER, the only one who ever lived in Iowa, or her
sister Nora B" on the back of the photograph.
