- November 18, 1996, of Collingdale, JAMES D., husband of Esther (nee
Salmon), father of Jerry D. Dort, Allen J. Dort, Tina R. Kaufman, and
Jeffrey M. Dort; also survived by 5 grandchildren and one sister Jean
Forsythe. Services and Int. will be private at the convenience of the
family. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the American
