Ruby W. Klingman, 87

Funeral services for Ruby W. Klingman, 87, of Arlington will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 6, 2000 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Arlington with the Rev. Wayne Hagen officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home in Arlington and one hour before the service at the church on Thursday. Interment will be at Taylorsville Cemetery at Arlington. ,

Ruby died Monday morning, January 3, 2000 at Mercy Hospital of Franciscan Sisters in Oelwein after a long illness.

Ruby Wiljiemina Breitsprecher was born July 2, 1912 at rural Clayton Center, the daughter of Henry and Bertha (Wicker) Breitsprecher. On August 14, 1930 she married Fred Martin Klingman at Decorah.

She is survived by one son, Roger of Nashua; one daughter, Janice Krall of Atalissa; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Marie Fischer,of Guttenberg and Ivanell Mueller of Garnavillo.  

She was preceded by her husband; one son, Loy; her parents; two sisters, Lavirn and Marginell; and two brothers, Delbert and Glender.
