        Killed south of Benney, France, September 13, 1918. Son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bath, Negaunee, Michigan. Private Bath came to Company E in April and served throughout the remainder of the Lorraine Campaign, the Battle of Champagne and Chateau Thierry. He was killed in the drive on the St. Mihiel salient..
