Captain James Norman Hall, a former college mate of James E. Stronks, the Iowa City publisher, has picked Iceland as his next expedition site. He did the South Sea Islands before. Captain Hall won fame in the World War for his extraordinary adventures and thrilling escapes from death in the air, and in the enemy's camps. He will also explore the Shetlands and Faros, two small groups of islands, between Iceland and the mainland of Europe, when he is away. Grinnell college recently granted Hall his Master of Arts degree, and he has been visiting his college friends, and also at Colfax. He plans to leave that town, his old home place, Saturday, July 1st for the land of reindeer and the midnight sun.
