Ernest TENNANT, son of Mr. and Mr. G. A. TENNANT of this city came down from Des Moines Saturday for a short visit with his parents. Mr. TENNANT recently joined Company C. of the 3rd Iowa Infantry at Creston and will go with that regiment to the front within the next few weeks.
