     Instantly killed by shrapnel near Hill No. 70.

     Buried in Plot No. 3, Row M, Grave 16, Maroc, British Cemetrey.

     Lieut. Lane was a Sioux City boy who moved with his parents to Canada shortly before the beginning of the World War.

      Son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Lane, 438 Eleventh Street, N. W., Calgary, Alba., Canada


Ezra Clinton Cummings

Private 133rd Infantry



      Died of pneumonia in a Base Hospital in France.

      Buried in the National Cemetery at Arlington.

      Son of Mrs. Mae Cummings, 112 Kansas Street, Sioux City, Iowa.
